Mullein tea has been used for centuries. It has been used in our family for more than 130 years.
My parents, uncles, and aunts lived long lives. Most of them lived past 90, and one uncle lived
to 105 years old. They used Mullein Tea to help them stay healthy. We used it as a refreshing

favorite teas to choose for our family when there was congestion, colds, flu, bronchial
inflammation, pneumonia symptoms, almost anything associated with breathing. This tea is
unique. It works like an expectorant, which means it helps the body expel excess mucus. It has a
very pleasant taste unsweetened, but some choose to add honey, or a small amount of sugar to
suit their palate. Some saw tremendous improvement during the spread of the viruses. And
they credit the tea for a short recovery.
